Here We Go: The Vision for 2010 Take some time this weekend to reflect on God's faithfulness. Set aside some time alone, be quiet and reflect on the things that God has done and how you have seen His hand at work. As you do this, prepare your heart for this Sunday. As the lead pastor of Crosswinds, it is humbling to be used by God to lead HIS church. This Sunday I will be reflecting on His faithfulness to Crosswinds and then preparing us for what the future looks like for Crosswinds. Once again God has some BIG things in store for our future and YOU are a part of HIS plan. DON'T MISS IT!!

Series:  We 90x

What about YOU? Are you ready for the challenge? Are you ready for whatever God has next for you?  God's greatest desire is for ALL of us to KNOW Him more.

Remember WE90X:
- 30 minutes in the word and prayer
- 30 minutes of doing some type of physical activity
- 30 minutes of spending time with your family or wife or close friend. (talk about spiritual things)

Okay so let 's get moving!  Where people will spend eternity, is at stake and GOD wants to use YOU!

I Timothy 4:7b - Train yourself to be godly. For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come."

Series: We church

This month, we will be looking at what it means for us as a church body and as individuals to BE the Church. We are a part of God's Momentum here in our community and God has called all of us to be a part of helping to see lives changed in our community and around the world. We are to be a body of believers that is ALIVE and making a difference in the name of JESUS. Are you BEING the church? Are you using your gifts and abilities to advance the kingdom?
 
You are special and God has given each of us the ability to make a difference for HIM, if we will just let him use us. Over the next month, dive into scripture and see what God has to say about being the church. Write down 3 things or 3 ways you believe God is using you to BE the church.

Series:  We Give

This Sunday we start a new series titled WE GIVE...  We are going to be looking at what it looks like to GIVE in HIM.

Over the next 3 weeks, God's word will challenge you to do things that may be very uncomfortable and may stretch you in ways you've never been stretched.  We will be looking at what God says about MONEY and learning what God's word says about the principle LESS is MORE.  We will study what God's Word says about creating MARGIN and MANAGING our finances.  Then the last week of this series we will look at God's command to tithe 10% of what He gives to us.

Series:  We Love

We are kicking off a new series for the month of February: We Love!  What does it look like to Love?  God wants to draw us closer, all while examining our relationships with Him, in our Marriages, with our neighbors and even our enemies.  There is something for everyone, no matter the stage of life.  Don't miss out!

Well 2009 is over and the year 2010 is in front of us. In this series, we will set up what Crosswinds is striving to understand as we journey through the year 2010. 

We have designated this year as the year of "We...".  God has some great things in store, as we strive to know Him more.  What does knowing him look like for you and your family?  It all starts with Him.  Join us as we spend the next month learning what it looks like to pray.
